Discuss and explain the fall and rise of the I-35 Bridge Mississippi River Bridge. Your first Article Review can be on any material or concepts that we have covered in the first three modules (Modules 1-3). Select one or more Learning Objectives from the modules to address in your review. You should begin collecting materials and working on your Article Review now. You will submit your first Article Review in Module 6.
